📦 How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey on our Track My Order page. If you need extra help, reach out through our Contact page — we’re happy to assist.
🕒 How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process.
- Handmade items: Ship within 2–3 business days, delivered in 3–7 business days (U.S.) or 7–14 (Canada).
- Apparel (Our Partner): Ship within 2–5 business days, delivered in 3–7 business days (U.S.) or 7–14 (Canada).
You’ll always receive tracking once your order is on its way.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
- Free shipping thresholds: $100 (U.S. handmade), $100 (U.S. apparel), $120 (Canada).
- Note: Canadian orders may be subject to duties or taxes upon delivery. These are assessed by Canada Customs and are not included in our shipping rates.

❌ Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may
return or exchange items according to our Refund Policy. Handmade items are returnable if damaged, and apparel can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if unworn.
