We are proud to offer Nationwide shipping services and Canada (Shipments to Canada Upon request & customers cover costs of shipping). Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations Nationwide and Canada.
How much is shipping?
We proudly offer free shipping on selected items/products and the cost of shipment on others will be explicit for all orders at the completion of every order.
How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US & Various warehouses are shipped through USPS or national post services.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. Currently, we ship Nationwide and provide free shipping on selected items/products. Please sign up for our email newsletter to keep up with all updates and when we’re open and ready to ship Worldwide.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your desired location.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time may vary by location. These are our estimates:

Canada, Europe
10-15 Business days

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says, “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided, and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support through our contact page.
